Our family immigrated to Canada from Baku, Azerbaijan in 1999. With a sincere dream of bringing new flavors, and exotic tastes from the Eastern European region to Toronto, Ontario Canada.

 

In 2003, we opened one of the first Azerbaijani restaurants in Toronto, Ontario. From our experiences of running a professional kitchen to a home kitchen we have created new ways of bringing old recipes to life. 

 

With several generations of family experience in the European food and dining industry. All dishes are created by Mama's cookbook of classic recipes with a modern twist.
